This module is designed help boards avoid silo thinking, over-complex agendas or multiple reports by exploring the three elements of Integrated Governance which are:
Integrated thinking: the deliberate and coordinated behaviours to connect the organisation’s strategy, governance, performance and prospects
Integrated systems: the building of information, risk and assurance flows to ensure that systems align and create a coordinated picture embracing outcomes, finance, workforce and building/equipment availability
Integrated reporting that aligns qualitative and quantitative data, across departmental boundaries internally to inform management and board scrutiny, and externally to inform partners, stakeholders and the wider public to assure of organisational sustainability.
